At N.O.C.A.P., we understand that financial circumstances can sometimes pose a barrier to participation, and we are committed to ensuring that everyone in our community has the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of our club. We are pleased to offer fee waivers to eligible participants. The purpose of this fee discount application is to provide financial assistance to individuals and families who may be experiencing financial hardship, making it challenging to cover the full cost of club membership.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to develop well-rounded individuals through the sport of water polo, emphasizing values such as respect, integrity, and perseverance, both in and out of the pool.
To support our local community and to keep in line with this mission, we are pleased to offer fee discount to eligible participants. The purpose of this fee discount application is to provide financial assistance to individuals and families who may be experiencing financial hardship, making it challenging to cover the full cost of club membership.
Fee Waiver Eligibility:
As part of our commitment to supporting our community, we offer a 50% fee discount to those who are verified to be below the median income in California according to the HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) Income limits.
We believe that financial circumstances should not hinder anyone's access to the sport they love. By offering this fee waiver program, we aim to make water polo accessible to a diverse range of individuals and families, creating a stronger and more inclusive water polo community.
Annual Resubmission Requirement:
Please note that to ensure the continued accuracy of your fee discount eligibility, this form must be resubmitted yearly. We understand that financial situations can change over time, and this annual resubmission helps us to provide assistance to those who need it most.
Purpose of this Fee Discount Application:
Acceptable Proof of Income:
To process your fee discount application, we require documentation that demonstrates your household's income. The following documents are acceptable as proof of income:

Pay Stubs: Copies of your most recent pay stubs for all income-earning members of your household.

Tax Returns: A copy of your most recent federal income tax return (Form 1040) for each income-earning member of your household. If you do not file taxes, please provide a statement explaining your non-filer status.

Government Assistance Documents: If you receive government assistance such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), or Social Security benefits, provide official documentation showing your current benefits.

Unemployment Benefits: If applicable, copies of unemployment benefit statements.

Child Support or Alimony: Documentation of any child support or alimony payments received.

Bank Statements: Copies of your bank statements for the past three months.

Other Income Sources: Any other documentation that demonstrates sources of income, including rental income, pension, retirement, or disability benefits.
